Obviously you seldom hear of a nymph encounter
in suburbia. But, rarely, there are tales of
P.O.M.'s (plain old mortals - human) being
given the chance of a real visit. This time it
was one Nymph.Sarahta who moved into a neighborhood
as a recluse. She found, one morning, the evidence
of a Welcome Wagon committee having left a greeting
letter and basket of gifts on her porch. She was
returning from a night's work at the usual time,
around 4 A.M.

She dismissed the offer of welcome and "Please come
over to say hello when you have time". But as time
passed she became more and more curious as to whether
the neighbors were aware of what she was and perhaps
they were willing to share their lives with someone
quite different than the norm. If this were true she
could be witnessing the dawn of change.

So, one fine morning as she returned from her night
she decided to go next door with her greeting and
hope for the best.

It was about 4:15 when she knocked on the door and
after quite some time a house occupant appeared with
a rather astonished presence on the stoop. 'Hi! I'm
your new neighbor and I was just wondering if you think it
would be okay if our sons could play'.
